Welcome to roascraft.ai, a software service (“Service”) offered by Unthinkable Solutions LLP ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, you (“you”, “user”, “merchant”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of forming a binding contract to use this Service. By using this Service, you represent that you meet these criteria.

2. Service Description

Our platform provides a Shopify plugin that enables D2C brands to:

• Connect their Meta (Facebook) ad accounts.

• Launch and manage ad campaigns.

• Automate campaign structures, budget allocations, and optimizations.

• View performance analytics.

We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any part of the Service at our discretion.

3. Account & Access

To use the Service:

• You must install the plugin via Shopify and authenticate your Meta ad account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Shopify and Meta credentials.

• You must ensure your Meta account complies with Facebook’s advertising policies.

We are not responsible for any unauthorized access to your ad accounts due to your failure to secure your login details.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes.

• Not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the functioning of the Service.

• Accurately represent your brand and product information in all ad content.

5. Data & Privacy

We access and process limited data from your Shopify and Meta accounts strictly for the purpose of ad campaign optimization.

Use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You agree that we may access, store, and use this data in accordance with our policy.

6. Billing & Payments

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription or usage-based fee. All fees are:

• Clearly communicated prior to activation.

• Billed via Shopify or other authorized methods.

• Non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.

You remain responsible for your Meta ad spend, which is billed separately by Meta Platforms, Inc.

7. Third-Party Integrations

This Service integrates with third-party platforms like Meta (Facebook) and Shopify. We are not liable for:

• Downtime or changes in their APIs.

• Actions taken by Meta that may impact your ad account.

You are subject to their respective terms and policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and systems used to provide this Service are the intellectual property of Unthinkable Solutions Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Specific performance results or ROAS.

• That the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

You use the Service at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unthinkable Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Loss of revenue, profits, or data.

• Ad account bans, ad rejections, or disapprovals by Meta.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest version will always be available on this page.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.
